As a health science student, you can choose from a variety of courses.
Introduction to Public Health and Epidemiology 101 (3 Credits)
Leadership and Vocation in the Urban Context 102 (2 Credits)
Bioethics and Justice 302 (3 Credits)
HIV and Applied Principles of Community Psychology 303 (3 Credits)
Global and Urban Epidemiology with STATA Lab 401 (4 Credits)

Internship 450 (1-6 credits)
Internships
You'll intern with Christian faculty and clinicians at Johns Hopkins University, Morgan State University, the Loyola Clinical Centers, and various other public health and social justice organizations.
The internship is paired with a seminar course that provides opportunities for you to process and learn with other students and professors.

Explore the East Coast
The program is centered on professional internships and cultural engagement with four dynamic, historic East Coast cities: Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, New York City, and Baltimore.
Activities & Adventure
Spend weekends at public markets, famous museums, zoos, or parks on the East Coast. Attend sports games and more!
Life in
the City
Enjoy the incredible food, music, and festivities of city life! Learn how to navigate the city, be a part of its social fabric, and actively contribute to our local community.
Program Cost: $16,800 per semester*
What’s Included:
Tuition for 12-18 credit hours
On-Campus Housing
Arrival and departure airport transportation
2/3 of all meals during the program
Full-time onsite staff and support
Public transportation passes for the city and surrounding areas
Multi-day educational excursions to Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and New York City
